Again with the tweeting from the operating room
And this time it hits a little too close to home

And I have had open heart surgery ... only once, thankfully.
So I consider myself something of an expert when I say that these two activities ought not be conducted at the same time ... even if you happen to be the one holding the scalpel instead of the one under anesthesia.
However, doctors at a hospital in Houston apparently disagree with me.
